Offset – Make your mortgage and savings work for you!

1.69% – 5 Year Fixed – Offset; APRC 3.0%

Although I have always been a fan of the offset mortgage, traditionally the interest rates have always been higher than traditional fixed rate mortgages, but not this one!

The mortgage comes with a linked savings account, any savings deposited in the account will not gain any interest but you will not pay interest on the equivalent mortgage amount.

Based on the mortgage details below, if £10,000 was deposited into the savings account on day 1 you would save approx. £12,130.54 and reduce the mortgage term by 1 year. You are able to make any additional deposits on a single or regular basis which in turn will reduce the term or your monthly payment.

This product will not be suitable for everyone and advice should be sought.
