Regency Mortgage Services was formed by Chris Pownall in July 2013, Chris was previously a Partner in a successful Mortgage Advice firm for over 11 years.
Having a strong belief that as professionals we should be as well Qualified as possible, whilst holding the standard Industry exams such as the Financial Planning certificates 1,2 & 3 and CeMap Chris also holds CerGi, Equity Release, RO1 and has just studied and passed the Advanced Mortgage Advice Qualification RO7.

We offer an advice & recommendation service to clients based in London and the Home Counties that require a very personal service, they are usually very busy and require us to recommend suitable mortgage and insurance products and need us to process the application to point of offer whilst liaising with Estate Agents and Solicitors to make it a hassle free process.
The personal service means that your application will not be passed over to a member of staff that you don’t know, Chris will be your main point of contact throughout the process and will know exactly what stage your application is at and will provide you with regular updates.
